Our all english belt is made from 4.5mm thick oak bark tanned cowhide. This leather from Devon, is cured in oak bark liquor pits for almost a year. We use a Birmingham foundry to cast the west end style buckle with stainless steel prong and hand stitch the belt in Shropshire by John in a choice of coloured waxed threads.
Add 2" to the trouser size for a perfect fitting belt!
